Charming boutique hotel atmosphere with great location.

Check-in was confusing and there was no one at the reception when I arrived. I needed to decipher unclear instructions to enter the hotel, which was frustrating. The heating in the room was insufficient, causing discomfort during my stay.

Our three-night stay in the Junior Suite with Terrace was unforgettable. The staff provided amazing recommendations for local attractions and even whipped up the best scrambled eggs for breakfast. Just ensure you have access to email for arrival instructions ahead of time. Great experience overall!

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Cologne Central Station! Our spacious room had a view of the cathedral, and it was so quiet at night thanks to the double glazed windows. The staff were helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out, which was a big plus.

We had a fantastic stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was delightful. Just be prepared for some nighttime noise from the bars, though I'd definitely return!

Staying in the triple room for two nights, the lovely windows that open up allowed plenty of fresh air. The decor was inviting, and the bed provided excellent comfort. On the downside, the noise from nearby bars disrupted our nights, and we encountered some confusion during check-in. Also, while the lift was convenient, it could be a bit slow at times.
